“Kanye made Graduation though”

Although a joke many fans make to “excuse” recent controversy the artist has found himself in, the very pun itself exists because of the renowned greatness of the album. Kanye West’s third studio album “Graduation” is considered one of the most impactful, influential, trend setting hip hop albums of his generation.

 Changing pace from his more self-oriented style in Late Registration and The College Dropout, Ye shows more pride and enthusiasm in his successes as an artist. 

a wide array of synth style sounds and anime inspiration such as AKIRA, from the famous introduction “Good Morning”, his most popular song “Stronger”, his inspirational song “I Wonder”  and his entrancing piece “Flashing Lights”… Ye’s genius and original style can be detected on any song he produces, or features in. 

That level of prestige gives him more freedom and leeway than your average rapper.
