British-American underground legend MF DOOM’s 9th studio album titled: “MM…FOOD” showcases the late rapper’s sample skill, crafty flows and wordplay, delivering punchlines centred around the theme of… food. 

By using well sampled instrumentals like Cortex’s “Huit Octobre 1971” for his song “One beer” or David Matthew’s “Space Oddity” for his “Rap Snitch Knishes” this album is just one of many reasons why DOOM is considered one of the most influential artists in the underground hip hop scene, entirely. 

That’s why we chose this as our Album Of The Week. Oh and remember: all caps when you spell the man’s name.
